Directions

From Whitehaven - enter Workington via the A596 (rather than through Harrington) - pass the golf course on your right - drive down the hill (High Street) to the mini roundabout with Kwik Fit opposite - take a left onto Harrington Road and we are about ½ mile on the right in the middle of a row of 3 story Victorian terraced houses (no 96) - we are directly opposite Infirmary Road and you will see 'Registered Osteopaths' lettering on our front window.

From Cockermouth - follow the A66 to the end - turn left at the traffic lights onto Washington Street - go straight on through the next lights - the road goes round to the left to meet a mini roundabout - turn right onto Harrington Road

From Maryport - follow the main road into Workington onto Washington Street - then as above
